Understanding a team’s ability also gives Abrey the ability to develop and build any project or include any aspirations into an existing project that is desired by the client.
Upon completion, we intend to be snag-free, of course; however, the reality is that there will inevitably be an item missed or a faulty product that requires replacement. With our dedication to your project throughout, at the practical completion stage, we will hand the project to our aftercare team, appointing a single point of contact who will be assigned a comprehensive list of outstanding items that will be addressed quickly.
The appointed person will also be a direct point of contact for the entire making good defects period to deal with any issues that may occur without any hassle, ensuring 100% end-user satisfaction.
Where did we start;
Abrey Construction Ltd was formed by Stuart Harrison, who now has 20+ years working in the construction industry directly from school. Unhappy with the growing ethics within the construction industry, Abrey has reverted back to traditional methods of doing business, which is to provide the client with the successful delivery of their schemes by utilising an approved supply chain that maintains a healthy commercial and operational relationship. We operate a lean management structure that requires everyone to be hands-on and involved in the detail of all projects throughout.
